Everyone is different, so there's really no way to predict how long your orthodontic treatment will take. Depending on the severity of the problem, it may last from just a few months to a few years.
In addition, after the course of active orthodontic treatment, patients will usually wear retainers to maintain the position of the teeth while the bone reforms around them.
